Opportunities Available
We are currently hiring licensed and pre-licensed therapists under both W-2 and 1099 arrangements, depending on your preferences and career goals.
W-2 Therapists
Our W-2 roles are ideal for clinicians looking for stability, support, and comprehensive benefits.

Contracted Therapists
Our 1099 roles are great for clinicians looking to having ample flexibility while still having the full support of Ground & Grow for administrative work.

Both roles have the opportunity to earn $100,000 and up, depending on caseload!
